January 31, 2022 - At 9PM, units were dispatched to the 100 block of Girard Avenue for the report of a house on fire. Engine 702 from Oreland arrived and reported fire showing from the 2nd floor. Command was established and it was quickly determined that this was a “balloon frame” house and that the fire spread from the basement up to the attic through the walls. Crews conducted searches for any victims.
